Due to the use of off-line pulse injection ash cleaning, the purpose of ash cleaning can be achieved once, so the ash cleaning cycle is prolonged, the energy consumption of ash cleaning is reduced, and the gas consumption of compressed air is greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue degree of filter bag and pulse valve is also reduced accordingly, so as to double the life of filter bag and valve plate. 3. Maintenance and change-over of bags can be carried out in sperated houses without stopping the fan of the system and under the normal operating conditions of the system. The bag opening of the filter bag adopts an elastic packing ring with good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The cage bone of the filter bag is circular, which reduces the friction between the bag and cage bone, prolongs the life of the bag and facilitates the unloading of the bag. 4. The dust collector adopts the upper bag extraction method. After the skeleton is removed when changing the bag, the dirty bag is put into the lower ash bucket of the box and taken out from the manhole, which improves the operation conditions for changing the bag. 5. The box body is designed with air tightness with good sealing property and excellent sealing material for inspection door. Kerosene is used to detect leakage in the manufacturing process, and the air leakage rate is very low. The inlet and outlet air ducts are compact and the air flow reesistance is samll. |
