叠锭机器人/Stacking Robot

1、采用进口品牌（川崎、安川、ABB、发那科）4轴/6轴码垛机器人加以运用，PLC选用西门子品牌，确保设备运行稳定；

1. This system adopts 4-axis / 6-axis palletizing robot of imported brands (Kawasaki, Yaskawa, ABB and Fanuc), and adopts PLC of Siemens brand to ensure stable operation of equipment.

2、与龙门式叠锭机比较，无需基坑，占地面积小，可以给两条浇铸线同步叠锭；

2. Compared with the gantry ingot stacker, this system does not need foundation pit, occupies a small area, and can stack ingot synchronously for two casting lines;

3、整包锭（凉锭）输送线最大可以配置4条，省去了2次转运的工作，可完成在线打包；

3. The system can be equipped with a maximum of 4 whole package ingot (cold ingot) conveyor lines to save the work of two transportation, and can complete online packaging;

4、通过触摸屏设置，用户在使用过程中可随时根据订单需求设定码垛层数，使得叠锭更为简单，灵活；

4. During use, users can set the number of stacking layers according to requirements of the order at any time through the touch screen setting, which makes ingot stacking simpler and more flexible;
